Job summary

You will guide cross-functional teams through the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, high quality and strong customer satisfaction while developing talent and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing an implementation team delivering complex software.
• Experience in customer engagement and management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Management of Revenue and Expense Budgets.
• Payments industry knowledge preferred.
• Regular use of AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Comfortable discussing cloud technology with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client implementation lifecycle and ensure goals meet standards.
• Establish governance and oversight for program delivery timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Serve as primary client contact for executives, aligning with business needs.
• Address escalations promptly with clear communication and solutions.
• Monitor financial performance and profitability of programs and projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs on schedule and within scope.
• Promote knowledge growth and best practices across the team.
• Optimize resource allocation and skills management across programs.
