Job summary

ACI Worldwide in the United States seeks a Senior Account Manager to manage ACI's relationships with Tier 1 bank customers, develop strategies, and drive opportunities to close, while staying current on ACI products, competition, and industry trends.

You will lead executive business reviews on site, implement cross-functional strategic account plans to grow revenue and satisfaction, and maintain forecast data and account records for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of successful Account Management experience in industries targeted by ACI, preferably selling payments solutions.
• 5 years minimum experience in payments, e-commerce or mobile payments industries.
• Proven sales record.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand business and technical solutions and move deals to closure.
• Knowledge of ACI products or similar solutions is a plus.
• Travel required – 20% to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manages ACI’s overall relationship with key customers, with emphasis on developing and maintaining executive relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans by collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and satisfaction.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews, preferably onsite, with agendas and post-review follow-through.
• Maintain administrative aspects of the accounts including profiles, pipeline, and org charts.
• Stay current on ACI products/enhancements, competition and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to corporate policies including ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
