Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a Technical Account Manager / Solutions Architect to own the technical success of terrestrial compute deployments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale compute, data center, or hyperscale infrastructure environments.
• Experience leading technical implementations involving GPUs/CPUs and high-performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, integration, provisioning, and go-live activities for GPU/CPU clusters and supporting infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for compute infrastructure definitions across customer accounts.
• Apply expertise to design validation, integration, performance tuning, and optimization of large-scale compute systems.
• Collaborate with hardware, network, facilities, cloud compute, SRE, and program management teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
