You'll partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales to drive customer success, resolve complex technical challenges, and align security outcomes with each customer's identity needs. This high-impact role combines hands-on technical work with strategic relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience in customer facing roles (Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solution Architect, Solution Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer).
• Ninja mindset – strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs to internal teams.
• Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers with internal collaboration.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure executive engagement.
• Renew and grow business by monitoring usage and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Shape future development by educating customers on products and driving adoption.
