Oasis Security is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to be the trusted technical voice for enterprise clients. You will guide onboarding, adoption, and long-term value across customers’ identity and security needs, working with Engineering, Product, and Sales to ensure a successful partnership.

You will collaborate with security teams at some of the world’s most forward-thinking organizations, helping them protect machine identities and scale securely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in customer-facing roles in tech or security fields.
• Proven problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience delivering cyber/identity solutions to large enterprises.
• Ability to engage IT practitioners, DevOps, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for customer needs to internal teams and leadership.
• Lead technical onboarding and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and drive executive engagement.
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and guide product adoption.
• Collaborate with Product to inform future features and roadmap.
• Proactively remove obstacles to customer success and scale knowledge growth.
• Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding through QBRs and renewals.
