Job summary

Adams Brown Technology Specialists, LLC. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive the technical success of clients within an assigned group.

You will provide leadership to Client Engineers, own escalations, manage projects, and ensure environments are reliable, secure, and aligned with standards. The role emphasizes building capable Client Engineers, coordinating resources, and delivering projects with minimal disruption while maintaining strong client relationships across the Kansas

Qualifications

• Experience with servers, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud, security and general IT infrastructure.
• Ability to lead technical projects and coordinate across multiple client teams.
• Strong escalation management and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical escalation point for Client Engineers and Help Desk Engineers.
• Own technical coordination and delivery of projects within the assigned client group.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring and coaching to Client Engineers.
• Ensure adherence to technology standards and contribute to documentation.
