As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will lead technical projects, guide customers through onboarding, and collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to improve experiences for enterprise clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to support sales and post-sales efforts, driving better qualification, faster deal cycles, and higher retention.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• 2+ years in a startup environment with data infra focus.
• Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Proven track record of enabling products that boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute customer technical projects including deployment of Airbyte solutions.
• Guide customers through their journey with hands-on support as needed.
• Deep Kubernetes troubleshooting in production environments.
• Understand databases, including SQL/CDC, replication, and data sync.
