Dell Technologies seeks a Consultant, Technical Account Manager to serve as a dedicated TAM for U.S. Government customers. You will deliver proactive priority support, coordinate engineering resources, and work onsite at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in Berkeley, California, five days a week.

This role requires deep HPC experience, Linux system administration, NVIDIA GPU technology, and strong program management to align Dell services with customer needs and warranty requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen; eligible for DOE site access.
• Strong technical expertise with Dell hardware and management tools.
• Experience supporting HPC or high-density compute systems.
• Knowledge of NVIDIA GPU compute and networking tech.
• Advanced Linux system administration in HPC environments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary TAM contact for Dell customers at a government site; work onsite 5 days/week.
• Coordinate deployments, firmware updates, testing, and contractual deliverables.
• Leverage Dell resources and account teams to plan and sustain solutions.
• Provide feedback and develop customer support plans tailored to projects.
• Contribute to warranty and maintenance strategy through meetings and input.
