Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks an experienced HPC Technical Account Manager or hardware engineer to be the main technical contact for enterprise customers, resolving complex issues with precision and ownership. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and support teams on installations, maintenance, and product applications.

The role requires strong Linux, networking, virtualization, and communication skills, with a focus on AI and HPC server technologies.

Qualifications

8+ years in providing in-depth customer support and debugging for hardware and software products.
Profound knowledge and experience with Linux and Networking (LFCS / RHCSA)
Expertise with data center virtualization (VMWARE, Docker, Kubernetes) concepts and trends.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and lead the overall resolution for any critical issue raised by our customers, under all circumstances.
Superb communication and presentation/oral skills
Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize / multi-task easily with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex customer issues for NVIDIA enterprise customers via research and reproduction.
Own and resolve issues during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application.
Work with latest hardware and software: GPUs, AI accelerators, interconnects, ML frameworks, Spark, Kubernetes, Ceph.
Provide independent analysis and clear communication to improve customer experiences.
Document standard support methodologies for internal teams (support / R&D).
