Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense, a Fort Worth-based leader in defense and aerospace solutions, seeks a Senior ToT Analyst to optimize enterprise technology transitions and governance. You will architect ToT master workbooks, integrate data across sources, and drive standardized processes with cross-functional teams.

You will lead pilots, develop documentation, and implement governance improvements while mentoring colleagues. A strong background in ToT frameworks and SharePoint is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, CS, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in ToT or related governance roles.
• Strong knowledge of ToT frameworks and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect and automate ToT master workbooks for data efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional ToT workstreams and governance improvements.
• Maintain centralized ToT SharePoint portal and knowledge base.
• Coordinate ToT pilots and deployment templates with cross-functional teams.
• Develop ToT training content for internal stakeholders.
• Communicate complex ToT concepts and drive adoption of standardized practices.
