Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in U.S. export control, foreign disclosure, and security cooperation at senior level.
• Experience coordinating release of technology through FMS, tech transfer, and export licensing.
• Knowledge of AECA, ITAR, EAR, and National Disclosure Policy; TRFD processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise and execute export control policies in line with AECA/ITAR/EAR and NDP.
• Oversee FMS and international agreements to ensure compliance with release requirements.
• Lead interagency collaboration with DoS, DoC and other partners on TRFD.
• Analyze legislation to inform policy and program direction.
