Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in international treaties, arms control agreements
• 5+ years of experience in arms control policymaking, compliance, inspections, and training
• Experience providing executive-level materials such as briefings, correspondence, and talking points, for senior leadership discussions or decision-making processes
• Ability to support process improvement initiatives and defense acquisition activities in accordance with treaty requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, or Strategic and Defense Studies

• Lead the analysis and coordination of official policy and position statements related to international treaties and agreements.
• Draft and assess treaties and arms control agreements influencing systems deployment and location.
• Supervise a team to perform treaty impact analysis and assess implications for defense operations and national security policies.
