Job summary

DensityAI, Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial and technology counsel to structure and close transactions for its AI accelerator business. You will own deals end-to-end, from technology licensing to strategic partnerships and supply-chain agreements, reporting to the General Counsel.

You will advise on IP strategy, oversee export-control compliance, and help build a scalable contracting function as the company grows, potentially leading the Tech Trans legal team in the future.

Qualifications

• Active JD and bar membership in good standing required.
• 7–10 years of commercial experience in-house or at a top law firm preferred.
• Deep expertise in technology licensing and complex commercial deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial and technology transactions including licensing, partnerships, and MSAs/MPAs.
• Oversee silicon supply-chain agreements (foundry, OSAT, contract-manufacturing) and related NDAs, SOWs, and pricing.
• Advise on IP strategy, technology-transaction structuring, and data privacy compliance.
• Guide export-controls (EAR/ITAR) and regulatory matters; manage risk and deal blockers.
