Job summary

DensityAI, Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial/technology transactions lawyer to structure and close deals powering our AI-accelerator business.

You will report to the General Counsel and lead a team handling technology licensing, partnerships, and complex supply-chain agreements from inception to execution. You will own IP strategy, data privacy considerations, export controls, and regulatory matters while partnering with business, engineering, and GTM teams to unblock deals and reduce

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial experience, in-house and/or at a top law firm.
• Deep expertise in technology and software licensing and complex commercial deals.
• Strong knowledge of export controls (EAR/ITAR) and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial and technology transactions, including licensing, partnerships, and sales & distribution deals.
• Oversee silicon supply-chain agreements (foundry, OSAT, contract-manufacturing) and related MSAs/MPAs/NDAs/SOWs.
• Advise on IP strategy, technology-transaction structuring, and joint development.
• Guide export-controls compliance and regulatory matters.
• Build scalable contracting templates and playbooks as DensityAI grows.
