Job summary

Qualifications

• JD and active US state bar membership.
• 6–10+ years of relevant legal experience at tech company or tech-focused firm.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial technology agreements.
• Ability to identify issues, assess risk, and drive resolution independently.
• Broad grounding in corporate and commercial law across multiple issues.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and collaborate with engineers.
• Excellent commercial judgment and practical legal advice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment where standards evolve.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements.
• Support corporate governance, fundraising, and board matters.
• Advise on AI, data, IP, privacy, and related issues.
• Provide practical legal advice and risk management.
• Build scalable templates and processes, managing outside counsel.
• Stay current on AI, regulation, and tech industry developments.
