Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate IP and commercial agreements (license, service, development, distribution, marketing, partnerships).
• Advise on IP diligence for mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions.
• Engage in direct client contact, partnering with business teams and in-house counsel across product lifecycle.
