Job summary

Netwrix Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to lead investigations into complex, high-impact issues and act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise accounts. You will mentor junior engineers, drive technical leadership, and collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and DevOps to improve product reliability.

The role aligns with EMEA or APAC hours, requiring flexibility for changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of two or more Netwrix products or equivalent product family.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices, standards, and technologies.
• Strong grasp of dependencies and architectural constraints in complex environments.
• Foundational coding knowledge enough to triage issues before escalation to R&D.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis on complex, recurring, high-impact issues and propose sustainable solutions.
• Troubleshoot across large customer environments with Active Directory, Linux, Docker, databases, networking, and cloud services.
• Serve as trusted technical contact for escalated enterprise customers and coordinate incident responses.
