- MBA, Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in digital transformation and technology-enabled business change.
- Experience building value cases, ROI/TCO logic and business cases.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Identify business problems and opportunities for value creation.
- Design technology-enabled operating models and processes.
- Prototype solutions using approved tools and platforms.
- Build business cases, prioritize use cases, and define success metrics.
- Lead governance and adoption planning with cross-functional teams.
- Industrialize SRO services and develop reusable assets.
- Coach colleagues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
