Job summary

Resourcive is seeking a Senior Consultant to own client relationships end to end, lead a team of consultants and an implementation manager, and coordinate technology leads on complex engagements. You will act as the primary contact for executives and private equity owners, driving value and ensuring schedule discipline throughout delivery.

The role emphasizes presales involvement, governance cadence, and milestone tracking, with travel up to 10% for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on sourcing, deployment, and value engineering of technology products and services.
• Own end-to-end client relationships, defining scope and strategy for projects.
• Lead governance calls and milestone reporting to client sponsors and PE owners.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements beyond initial initiatives.
• Mentor consultants and manage a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
