Job summary

Simon-Kucher seeks an experienced consultant based in the United States (Boston or Chicago) or willing to relocate to Bangalore, India, after an initial six months. The role involves supporting client delivery, onboarding, and building a growing Life Sciences practice on a global team.

Work across data analysis, pricing, and strategy engagements with a hybrid model, and opportunities for international client exposure while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time work experience in consulting, change management, or related fields.
• Excellent quantitative skills with Excel/PowerBI/Tableau or similar tools.
• Must have an Indian passport holder currently living in the US.
• Must relocate to India within the next year.
• Fluency in English for client-facing communication and delivery.
• Healthcare/Life Sciences experience preferred (pricing, market access, growth strategy).
• Strong problem solving, communication, and project-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support client delivery, onboarding and knowledge transfer in the initial six months in US offices.
• Help develop and lead India Life Sciences practice with mentorship and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate on data analysis, pricing and sales strategies, and client workshops.
