Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking a strategy consultant based in the United States (Boston or Chicago preferred) or willing to relocate to those locations for about six months, then permanently to Bangalore, India. You will support client delivery, onboarding, and knowledge transfer while beginning to lead and mentor as the Life Sciences practice expands globally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time work experience with an undergrad or higher degree
• Excellent quantitative skills with analytical tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Fluency in English for client-facing communication and global delivery
• Willingness to relocate to India within the next year and base in the US temporarily

Responsibilities

• Support client delivery and onboarding during initial six-month period in Boston or Chicago
• Assist in building India team, providing leadership and guidance after transition
• Develop presentations, financial models, and client workshops
• Contribute to pricing, market access, marketing, and growth strategy work for Life Sciences clients
• Collaborate on data analysis, project support, and client interactions while learning Simon-Kucher's methodologies
