Job summary
The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Manager for Category Management & Strategic Sourcing. You will lead a team delivering end-to-end sourcing, contracting and supplier management for technology spend, including software, SaaS, cloud, and services.
The role partners with business leaders, IT, Legal, Privacy, Finance, Risk and Supplier teams to achieve optimal outcomes. You will drive strategy, negotiate multi-year technology agreements, and guide teams through complex sourcing events while
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain or related field; and/or relevant work experience.
- 8+ years in a large global organization.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and ability to influence across levels.
- Structured problem solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies; lead end-to-end sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
- Lead operational excellence, governance, reporting, and technology-enabled procurement.
- Engage stakeholders across business, IT, legal, compliance and risk partners.
- Provide leadership and development for sourcing professionals; drive results.
