Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Advisor within the Category Management and Strategic Sourcing (CMSS) organization to lead sourcing initiatives for Information Security, Telecom, and Contact Center Technologies. You will drive strategy, negotiations, and supplier relationships to secure favorable terms and reduce risk.

Responsibilities include managing complex sourcing projects, developing RFPs, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Medical Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurers and the healthcare supply chain is preferred.
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts, including Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work.
• At least five years of progressive sourcing experience in a large, global organization.
• Strong project management, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives from small to large scope within Information Security and Telecom categories.
• Manage day-to-day sourcing and contracting activities with SMEs as needed.
• Develop negotiation strategies and conduct financial analyses to benchmark costs.
• Prepare for and lead supplier negotiations with stakeholders and Supply Chain leadership.
• Communicate project progress and track sourcing initiative progress in the contracting system.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop RFPs and supplier evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes with significant financial impact.
• Ensure supplier contracts support performance measurement and reporting.
