You will partner with engineers, architects, and delivery teams to implement scalable solutions and advance our enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, a related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading Java development teams and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.
• Strong expertise in web application development using Spring Framework and RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, MongoDB, Azure Cloud, and both relational and document-based databases.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies, including ReactJS, and Agile product development methodologies.
• Proficiency with DevOps and CI/CD tools including GitHub, Gradle, Jenkins, Artifactory, Selenium, Dynatrace, and ElectricFlow.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts, facilitate discussions, and drive problem resolution.
• Self-motivated, continuous learner who embraces new technologies, takes initiative, delivers results, and contributes positively to a balanced, high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision, roadmap, and modernization strategy, ensuring solutions align with long-term architectural goals.
• Design and guide implementation of scalable, enterprise-aligned systems that advance the target technology roadmap.
• Serve as the technical liaison between Solution Engineers, Technical Architects, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Provide strategic leadership on technologies, methodologies, best practices, standards, and processes within areas of expertise.
• Mentor, coach, and develop associates while fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Evaluate requirements, feasibility, costs, benefits, and functional needs; research and implement innovative technical improvements.
