Job summary

AT&T in Bedminster, NJ (also serving Middletown and Paramus) is seeking a senior sales professional to acquire new business, manage large, complex telecom projects, and lead strategic client engagements across cybersecurity, fiber, wireless, cloud, IoT, and more.

You will coordinate from the office when not in the field, drive proposals and pricing, and mentor others while delivering exceptional customer value and meeting high sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 8+ years of related sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee project activities from client identification to invoicing, ensuring timely delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Design, implement, and test solutions with deep product knowledge and system architecture skills.
• Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, identify needs, and deliver tailored strategic solutions.
• Billable Projects & Sales Support: Manage billable projects, lead technical delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate timekeeping, engage in sales activities, prepare proposals, and develop strategic plans to generate business.

Education
