AT&T in Bedminster, New Jersey, and nearby Middletown/Paramus locations seeks a Lead Consultant Prof Services ATC to drive complex sales, manage projects from discovery to invoicing, and deliver strategic telecom solutions.

You will build client relationships, lead technical delivery, and mentor teams while earning a total compensation range of $164,600–$231,800 plus commissions. AT&T offers extensive rewards and benefits to qualifying employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 8+ years of related sales experience.
• Senior-level sales representative with advanced understanding of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
• Experience managing large, complex sales with light supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client identification to invoicing, ensuring timely delivery.
• Design, implement, and test solutions with deep product knowledge.
• Build strong client relationships, identify needs, and deliver tailored strategic solutions.
• Manage billable projects, lead technical delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate timekeeping, engage in sales activities, prepare proposals, and develop strategic plans to generate business.
• Develop knowledge repositories, mentor others, and contribute inputs to strategic service development.
