Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead in Payments & Global Banking to drive risk mitigation and operational excellence across technology platforms.

You will identify, assess, and remediate technology risks, partner with product and data teams, and ensure regulatory readiness through robust controls and governance. In this role, you will leverage AI tools to accelerate risk evidence, deliver executive-ready reporting, and guide a diverse team in a dynamic risk landscape.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in technology risk management or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Federal Public Trust suitability.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities and validating outputs for security and auditability.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and financial industry regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to translate technology insights into strategic decisions for executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Leverage enterprise AI to accelerate risk evidence and draft executive reports.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with LOB technologists and data officers.
• Govern controls, policies, issues, and metrics for senior leadership insights.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Promote AI-assisted, reuse-first testing with proper auditability.
