LevelUP HCS is seeking a Technology Recruitment Practice Lead / Senior Full-Desk Recruiter in New York. You will lead senior-level technology searches, manage client relationships, and own the full delivery from intake to placement in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of Technology recruiting experience.
- Proven track record owning both client relationship and delivery.
- Experience recruiting at VP to C-suite level.
- Comfortable in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to lead intake and search strategy discussions.
- Experience in financial services recruiting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-desk searches across senior-level Technology roles.
- Own client-facing and recruitment delivery.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring needs.
- Lead intake, calibration, and search strategy discussions.
- Manage searches from briefing to placement.
- Recruit across Technology functions for front-office and middle-office.
- Leverage client base and pipeline with sales support.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Support retained search offerings and market intelligence.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and grow accounts.
- Mentor and grow the Technology recruiting team.
