SeatGeek is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to own full lifecycle hiring for senior and staff engineers, data and ML specialists, product managers, and designers. The role emphasizes building playbooks and partnering with leaders to shape hiring strategy.

You’ll mentor recruiters, leverage data and AI to improve sourcing, screening, and scheduling, and maintain human judgment where it matters. Report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting across engineering, data and product domains.
• Proven ability to build and own searches where roles are undefined or high-visibility.
• Strategic sourcing, market mapping and outbound campaigns that build pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical and product searches from intake through close.
• Build sourcing strategies from market mapping and targeted outbound campaigns.
• Advise on compensation and close candidates in competitive markets.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior engineering, data and product leaders.
