Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for Training & Adoption on a contract basis. This hybrid role is based in Costa Mesa, CA, for 6 months with potential extension up to 18 months and possible conversion to full-time based on performance.

It involves full-cycle recruiting across Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, and Manufacturing Engineering, with a focus on strategic talent mapping and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of high-volume full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering in fast-paced settings.
• Onsite/hybrid work in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy with clear communication and reporting.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews and influence hiring manager preferences.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and campaigns.
• Build talent maps to inform engagement strategy and drive diverse hiring.
• Represent the company brand with high-caliber recruiting.
