You will own full-cycle recruiting for logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering roles, partnering with leaders to define hiring needs and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of high-volume full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with senior leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress and talent strategies.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments (Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer.
• Develop hiring strategy and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct high-volume interviews and convert to offers.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strings.
• Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement.
• Represent Anduril's brand and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
