Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter for Supply Chain Procurement on a 6‑month contract with the possibility to extend up to 18 months. Hybrid work arrangement and potential full-time conversion based on performance are included.

You will own full‑cycle recruiting for logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing roles, partner with leaders, and drive improvements to hiring processes while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience and employer brand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of high-volume full-cycle recruiting
• Experience with Logistics, Supply Chain, Production or Manufacturing roles
• Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Costa Mesa
• Experience with senior leaders and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring strategy and reporting
• Conduct high-volume interviews
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
• Build talent maps for market insights
• Drive diverse hiring and positive candidate experience
• Represent brand internally and externally
