FocusKPI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a high-tech SaaS client in Mountain View, CA. This onsite, 3-month contract role requires leading technical and commercial hiring efforts with end-to-end oversight of the candidate journey.

You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers, using networking and social media to find top talent; maintain HR records and coordinate with management on decisions.

Competenze

• 7-10 years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven ability in sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
• Experience making offers for a large software company (Fortune 100).
• Strong industry knowledge and networking skills.

• Recruiting technical and commercial professionals and managing the hire process.
