Persona AI is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for Advanced Manufacturing to own full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for production and operations in Houston. This onsite role focuses on filling hard-to-find manufacturing roles, partnering with hiring managers to move fast, and building a scalable TA function from the ground up.

You will source creatively, leverage extensive networks, and ensure a top-tier candidate experience while contributing to the company’s growth in robotics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated track record filling manufacturing/operations roles.
• Expert-level Boolean search skills across sourcing channels.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing abilities.
• Excellent candidate engagement and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for manufacturing and operations.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines from scratch using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate candidate quality.
• Leverage local manufacturing talent pools and industry networks to build presence.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Track pipeline health and metrics; continuously improve approach.
• Help build TA processes, interview scorecards, and offer templates.
• Support employer branding through job posts and messaging.
