Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar recruiting role in technology
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry terms
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools
• Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented
• Ability to work independently on a 3‑month contract

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and shape recruitment strategies
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
• Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates and hiring teams to keep the process moving smoothly
• Track candidate activity and recruitment progress in applicant tracking systems
• Maintain clear, consistent communication to support a positive candidate experience throughout hiring
• Monitor industry trends and technical recruiting best practices to improve sourcing effectiveness
• Support creation of job descriptions and posting of openings to attract qualified technical talent

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar recruiting role in the technology sector
• Strong understanding of technical roles, relevant skills, and industry terminology
• Excellent interpersonal skills plus strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at the same time and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruiting tools
• Proactive working style with strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment for the duration of the three-month contract
