Carvana in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Operations Recruiter to support our fast-paced teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Inspection/Reconditioning, Market Operations) with full-cycle recruiting across sites nationwide. You will source candidates, screen by phone, coordinate interviews, manage background checks, and advise hiring leaders on strategy, striving for high conversion from interview to offer.

This is an on-site, Monday–Friday role at our corporate HQ, with opportunities to grow in a

Competenze

• 3+ years of full cycle and high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience using recruiting applications (Greenhouse, Tenstreet).
• Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies.
• Ability to operate with urgency without sacrificing accuracy.

Mansioni

• Independently source candidates through social media, Indeed, Carvana website.
• Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews via phone.
• Provide resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews.
• Conduct talent/skills, role-fit, and culture-fit assessments and advise the business accordingly.
• Manage the candidate background check process and expectations.
• Develop hiring leader relationships and understand the Operations team’s business and gaps.
• Focus on high interview-to-offer conversion.
• Other duties as assigned.
