Job summary

Corning Inc. in Texas seeks a Senior Technology Project Leader to drive technology and product development projects from concept through manufacturing readiness. You will partner with Technology, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role leads cross-functional teams, manages risks, and balances technical requirements with business needs, including travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in product development, technology development, and/or technical project leadership.
Knowledge of passive telecommunication and data center product design and industry standards.
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Plan and lead execution of assigned technology projects to achieve scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
