Job summary

AI2CYBER is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the delivery of complex cybersecurity, AI, and DevSecOps initiatives across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

This senior, execution-focused role requires translating requirements into actionable plans, coordinating with engineers and leadership, and driving milestones, risk management, and quality across fast-moving programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Experience delivering technically complex projects from planning to delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, engineering workflows, and security concepts.
• Experience working with software engineers, DevOps, security engineers, or infra teams.
• Ability to translate requirements into structured execution plans with milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of technical projects across cybersecurity, AI, automation, and software platforms.
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear technical execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, DevOps, product, and leadership to ensure alignment.
• Break down initiatives into actionable tasks, epics, user stories, and milestones.
• Track progress, identify blockers, elevate risks, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, meeting notes, and delivery reports.
• Coordinate product releases, pilots, proof-of-concepts, customer onboarding, and deployments.
• Ensure priorities are realistic, estimated, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support feature prioritization, security improvements, integrations, bug fixes, and platform enhancements.
• Manage risks related to timelines, scope, security, and customer expectations.
• Facilitate technical meetings with clear ownership and next steps.
• Improve delivery processes, agile workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure cybersecurity and secure engineering principles are followed throughout.
