Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the US to lead Construction Technology deployments and data integration across BIM, ERP, and scheduling tools. You will drive 3D model to schedule linkages, implement 4D/5D workflows, and pilot AI-enabled site tracking to optimize delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, CAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, estimation software, or production planning tools).
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) data standards (e.g., WBS MasterFormat or UniFormat classifications).

Responsibilities

  • Lead Construction Technology deployment, translating capabilities into practical workflows (ACC, Procore, P6). Train teams on digital platforms like 3D BIM.
  • Integrate Project Management Tools (PMT), ERP, and document systems for seamless data flow. Link 3D models to schedules for 4D/5D sequencing and cost estimation. Execute reality capture (drones, 3D scanners) to track site progress and tolerances.
  • Establish data architecture and asset taxonomy to convert CAD/BIM objects into structured data for Digital Twin handovers.
  • Build automated BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to track core VDC metrics. Oversee cloud platform data syncs via custom APIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by coaching stakeholders on digital field tools. Research and pilot emerging AEC technologies, including AI-driven site tracking, to optimize project delivery.

Education
