Qualifications

• Basic: 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's, or 5+ years with a Master/MBA/JD/MD or 2 years with a PhD.
• Preferred: 9+ years with a Bachelor's or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of requirement definitions, functional specifications, database design, and technical architecture.
• Lead / coordinate unit and systems testing and development activities.
• Data-oriented, define KPIs, build dashboards, analyze trends to drive decisions.
• Build governance processes from scratch, implement and continuously improve them.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across engineering, product, client-facing, and executive audiences.
• Provide project management and technical leadership across multiple projects.
• Utilize project management tools to estimate, plan, and monitor project progress.
• Build POC / Dashboards / Skills and Agents using GENAI tooling at Visa.
