Job summary

Visa is seeking a Program & Governance Manager to own the Data & AI Policy roadmap and coordinate governance across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Security, Technology, and business units. The role emphasizes ownership of artifacts, playbooks, and documentation used by AI governance initiatives.

The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, and experience with governance, risk, and policy management. Three days in office are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 0 years with PhD.
• 6+ years of experience in program management, governance, risk, compliance, audit, policy management, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Data & AI Policy roadmap with milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate governance initiatives across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Security, Technology, and stakeholders.
• Manage governance forums, action items, risks, issues, decisions, audit findings, and remediation commitments.
