Job summary

CapTech, a leading US-based consulting firm, seeks a Technical Project Manager to guide cross-functional teams delivering CRM/ERP solutions with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

The role requires 6+ years of project management experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and expertise in agile and traditional delivery methods. Onsite/client presence may be required; CapTech supports flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• Experience creating process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, or system diagrams to visualize current and future state solutions.
• Understanding how MS Dynamics and Power Platform integrates with other components in an Enterprise, like Salesforce.
• Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles.
• Demonstrated track record of successful management of large and complex technology projects.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving outcomes.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management with full agile lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional team(s) to deliver impactful business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery.
• Share and implement best practices from different development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) as needed by project.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate conversations and enable decision making.
• Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements.
• Develop and communicate integrated project plans and roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks to the project delivery and support triage and resolution of critical issues.
• Perform hands-on delivery work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management.
• Desire to share with and develop a community of project managers and leaders.
• Proven account management or other relevant experience.
