Job summary

Coupang is seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead company-wide, technically complex programs with high impact. You will shape Tech Strategy & Execution, influence platform-level changes, and drive AI/ML, cloud initiatives with a strong data-driven approach.

The role requires 12+ years of strategic TPM experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work with senior leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of Strategic Technical Program Management experience.
• Strong problem solving and root-causes analysis skills.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets into business insights.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and analyze data to build business requirements and work with engineering to implement.
• Lead SDLC execution with cross-functional teams and drive platform improvements.
• Set quarterly and annual goals and track progress with metrics.
