Job summary

Coupang, Inc. is seeking a highly technical Staff Technical Program Manager to own IT SOX change management and 2LOD partnerships across engineering. The role emphasizes automation, analytics, and AI-driven monitoring to improve risk visibility while enabling rapid software delivery.

You’ll work with Engineering, Platform, Security, Privacy, Finance, and Internal Audit to strengthen controls, automate compliance processes, and drive scalable engineering controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in Software Eng., Technical Program Mgmt., Platform Eng., DevOps, SRE, or related.
• 5+ years leading large-scale cross-functional technical programs.
• Hands-on experience as Software/Platform/Infra engineer or SRE/DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management Governance for IT SOX across SDLC.
• Partner with Platform Eng. to embed preventive and detective controls.
• Develop monitoring and dashboards for release compliance and risk.
• Lead audit readiness and evidence collection for SOX audits.
