Job summary

Qualifications

• Technology service delivery experience.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the digital and technology lead for Puerto Rico, partnering with key leaders to build and execute the technology portfolio and roadmap.
• Design technology solutions that fulfill business objectives for the region.
• Lead the implementation and opening of new restaurants with required technology.
• Define and improve IT service levels to deliver excellent support experiences for end users.
