Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Project Management within Corporate Social Responsibility to lead the end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and delivery for two flagship initiatives: AI Skills for America and Verizon Innovative Learning HQ (VIL HQ). You will provide governance and matrixed leadership across internal teams, vendors, and resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
6+ years of relevant experience delivering complex programs.
Experience leading cross-functional enterprise teams and digital platforms.
Experience with Agile delivery and release management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical strategy and delivery for flagship CSR initiatives.
Translate business needs into technical specifications with cross-functional teams.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across cloud platforms.
Act as liaison among internal teams and external partners/vendors.
Navigate governance, privacy, ethics, security, and approvals.
Oversee budgets, vendor SOWs, and resource allocations.
Facilitate stakeholder forums and executive status reporting.
Direct data strategy and KPI dashboarding for platform success.
