Qualifications

• Six+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex, end-to-end technical programs.

• Experience with Agile delivery methods and cross-platform integrations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate roadmaps into updates and decisions.
• Experience managing technical budgets and vendor milestones.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical roadmaps and release delivery for AI Skills for America and VIL HQ.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications with UX, Product, and GTS teams.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and risk management across cloud platforms.
• Serve as primary technical liaison across internal teams and external partners.
• Navigate governance, privacy, security, accessibility, and global clearance processes.
• Lead vendor management, budgets, and procurement pipelines.
• Coordinate team alignment forums and executive status reporting.
