Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical roadmaps and release delivery for AI Skills for America and VIL HQ.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications with UX, Product, and GTS engineering teams.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and risk management across cloud platforms.
• Serve as primary technical liaison among internal teams and external partners.
• Lead vendor management, budgets, and procurement pipelines.
• Facilitate team alignment forums and executive status reporting.
• Direct data strategy and KPI dashboarding for platform success.
• Oversee project execution, scope, milestones, and budget controls.
