Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Project Management within Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to lead end-to-end technical strategy and delivery for AI Skills for America and VIL HQ. You’ll provide governance across engineering teams, vendors, and governance bodies to scale impact-driven digital platforms.

You will partner with Global Technology Solutions and external vendors to align roadmaps, manage budgets, and drive secure, compliant execution across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military experience or specialized training.
• Proven track record of tracking and delivering complex, end-to-end technical programs and multi-stakeholder platforms.
• Experience leading technical change management and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with engineering teams, release management, Agile delivery methods, and cross-platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical roadmaps and release delivery for AI Skills for America and VIL HQ, managing enterprise enhancements and BAU updates.
• Translate business needs into technical specs with UX, Product, and GTS teams.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and risk management across cloud platforms.
• Serve as primary technical liaison aligning internal and external partners.
• Navigate governance and secure approvals for Privacy, Ethics, Security, Accessibility.
• Lead vendor management and budgeting, oversee procurement pipelines and monthly tracking.
• Facilitate team alignment forums and executive status reporting.
• Direct data strategy and KPI dashboards across platforms.
• Champion platform enhancements through analytics and customer feedback.
