Job summary

Verizon seeks a Senior Manager of Technical Project Management within CSR to lead end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and delivery for AI Skills for America and VIL HQ. You will govern SDLC, align engineering, security, and vendor resources, and scale impact-driven digital platforms while partnering with GTS and governance teams.

You’ll drive roadmaps, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time results and measurable platform KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience delivering complex programs.
• Proven track record with end-to-end digital platforms and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile delivery and release management.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical roadmaps and release delivery for flagship initiatives.
• Translate business needs into technical specs with UX, Product, and GTS teams.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and risk management across cloud platforms.
• Function as primary technical liaison across internal and external partners.
• Navigate governance and secure privacy, security, and accessibility approvals.
• Lead vendor management, budgets, and procurement pipelines.
• Facilitate alignment forums and executive status reporting.
• Integrate analytics into executive dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Drive platform enhancements through competitive analysis and user feedback.
• Oversee project scope, plans, milestones, and budget controls.
